As the leaves turn and the year winds down, we’re reminded that November is more than just a busy season — it’s a time to pause, reflect, and appreciate the people, moments, and opportunities that shape our work and our lives.

What inspires me most is working alongside a team that meets every challenge with grit and grace. It’s impressive to collaborate with people, and customers (who have become friends), that I genuinely respect and admire.
